When Refunds Are Issued
We will consider refunds, replacements, or store credit in the following situations:
- Damaged on arrival: The vial arrives broken, cracked, or compromised due to shipping damage.
- Visual defect upon reconstitution: The peptide, once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water within the recommended time window, does not appear as expected — for example, persistent cloudiness, visible particulates, or unusual coloration that indicates a quality issue.
- Wrong product shipped: You received a product different from what you ordered (incorrect peptide, incorrect dose, or incorrect quantity).
- Missing items: Your shipment is missing items listed on the packing slip.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted with photographic evidence and supporting details. Without documentation, we cannot process a request.
Reporting Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photograph the damaged vial(s) in their original packaging before disposing of anything
- Photograph the outer shipping box, particularly any visible damage
- Retain all packaging materials until we confirm the resolution
- Email research@kineticcompounds.com with photos, your order number, and a brief description
Reporting Reconstitution Defects
If a peptide does not appear as expected after reconstitution, you must submit a request within 12 hours of reconstitution.
- Photograph the reconstituted vial clearly, showing the visible defect (cloudiness, particulates, discoloration, etc.)
- Include details on the reconstitution process: type of bacteriostatic water used, volume added, storage conditions before reconstitution
- Provide your order number and the batch number visible on the vial label
- Email the documentation to research@kineticcompounds.com
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit:
- Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. We strongly recommend shipping to secure addresses and tracking deliveries closely.
- Carrier delays: Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing are outside our control and do not qualify for refund.
- Buyer's remorse: Changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer need the peptide. All sales are final.
- Improper storage after delivery: Damage caused by improper storage (extreme temperatures, repeated freeze-thaw, exposure to light) after the package was delivered.
- Improper reconstitution: Defects caused by using the wrong solvent, incorrect volume, contamination during reconstitution, or storing reconstituted product improperly.
- Reports submitted outside the time windows: Damage reports submitted more than 48 hours after delivery, or reconstitution issues reported more than 12 hours after reconstitution.
- Products that have been used: Partially used, opened, or sampled vials are not eligible for any form of refund.
Case-by-Case Evaluation
Every refund request is evaluated individually by our research support team. We weigh the available evidence, the timing of the report, the specifics of the issue, and the customer's order history.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement shipment as an alternative to a cash refund — the choice is yours.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled — at that point, it must be handled under the normal damage or defect reporting process if there is an issue with what was shipped.

This Returns & Refunds policy is binding upon all customers who purchase from Kinetic Compounds. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, with changes reflected on this page and effective for orders placed after the revision date.
